The claims are located on the north bank of the McQuesten River, approximately 1 ½ hours south east of Dawson City, Yukon.

You can be on your working claim between 2 and 10 minutes of turning off the North Klondike Highway, depending on which lease you choose.

Our claims are downriver from the historic mining towns of Mayo, Elsa and Keno, known for their gold, silver and zinc/tin deposits. We are also downriver of Victoria Gold's Eagle Gold Mine. McQuesten Valley's gold deposits were formed during the same geological events and are fed from the same source.

Our pay dirt is covered by an organic/sand mix from 1 inch to 3 feet in thickness, and gold content averages 0.406 grams per yard.

Our lease program has a 12% Royalty, and approved lessees pay a deposit before the mining season, applied against Royalties for the year. We offer a 2-year buyout option after you have proved your claims and know their value, or you can continue on the Royalty program.

Our claims have a Class 3 to allow lessees to work their claims to start production and determine their preferred equipment and working methods. Once this is determined Lessees then apply for Class 4 once they know their working methods and water needs.

For the 2024 Mining Season, we will have claims to lease that have their water permit. Please contact us if you want to be informed when these fully permitted claims are available.

Owner Hector Renaud is available as a technical and logistic resource for managing your camp setup, finding equipment, supplies and personnel for your first year, getting your permits and water license, and increasing your Gold Recovery rate once in production.

If you are interested in leasing a claim packages, or an investor seeking a gold mining operation to fund, please contact Hector Renaud for the information package by cell, text, Facebook messenger or email.
